Eyeball
The first part of the eyeball Soup blender scene was creating the eyes and to do this we added the basic shape of the sphere and manipulating it into the shape of an eye. Then using a circle to turn into the iris which we then placed inside the eye. The next step was texturing both the objects. To make it as realistic as possible we had to add texture and colour onto the objects, and making the cornea transparent for the iris to show through. I had a few issues with the iris showing through and this was resolved by rendering the eye in cycles instead of Eevee.
Martini glass
To make the martini glass I used a reference photo and built it up from a circle extruding and scaling the vertices, and then adding an edge to the rim and adding thickness to the part that contains the liquid.
Liquid
For the liquid I added in 3 eyes into the scene with the glass and then recreated the shape of the inside of the glass with a new material. I then used dynamic paint on the eyes and liquid to create small ripples on the surface of the liquid around the eyes. To finish off the liquid I textured it transparent with a slight purple colour.
Ash tray
For the ash tray I built it up from a sphere and added the same glass texture as the martini glass but coloured green. I then added the cigarette as a cylinder and sculpted the end to look like it was burning and added a texture and lights the the end to replicate embers.
Scene
I then added all the objects into a scene together and made a tray and table for them to sit on. Before I could render the images I had to add lighting into the scene. Firstly I placed a spot light in the end of the cigarette and then one large light that I coloured slightly blue which would represent the aquarium and then a smaller but stronger pink light that would be the lava lamp.
